SUMMARY:Coffee and Culture-Other Things That Matter In Today’s Workplace
DESCRIPTION:Whether your organization has people in the building 5 days a week\, 2 days a week\, or folks only on site once a month- their experiences when they are in the workplace should be consistent. This can be a challenge with a variety of mandatory\, hybrid\, remote\, and flexible work schedules all happening simultaneously. FMs need to be thinking strategically about why people come into the office\, what they do when they are there\, and how they can best support the in-person experience. From single pod coffee machines to whiteboarding and wellness spaces – this interactive session will share research and lessons learned from a strategic campus planning effort from an organization that was seeking to understand the drivers\, amenities\, and occupant services that really matters in the workplace. Ninety-five managers were interviewed in this process that helped to reshape and reimagine a more flexible and diverse environment for a dynamic workforce. Attendees will be invited to join the dialogue with their stories and experiences. \nSpeaker:  Alana F. Dunoff\, MS\, ProFM\, FMP\, IFMA Fellow \nCost: \nChapter Member Facility Manager – $10\nChapter Member non Facility Manager – $25\nNon-Member – $50 \nClick here to register!
