Kevin Cote is the Business Development Director for Aramark Higher Education, serving institutions across the Greater Philadelphia region. In this role, Kevin partners closely with colleges and universities to develop strategic, outcomes‑driven facilities solutions that enhance campus operations, elevate the student experience, and deliver long‑term value for Aramark’s clients.
Prior to joining Aramark, Kevin served as the Business Development Manager for CBRE GWS Local Facilities Management, where he supported clients throughout the Greater Philadelphia market by solutioning world‑class facility maintenance programs tailored to their operational and financial goals.
Before transitioning into business development, Kevin built a diverse and hands‑on technical foundation over more than 20 years as a maintenance technician. He last held a lead role at NFL Films in Mount Laurel, New Jersey, before moving into customer‑facing and leadership positions. Kevin also spent several years as an Account Manager with Veolia Energy in Philadelphia, where he managed key client relationships and complex energy‑infrastructure portfolios.
Kevin has served the IFMA Philadelphia Chapter in multiple leadership capacities, including Treasurer and Vice President, and he currently serves as Chapter President. His commitment to advancing the FM profession, strengthening member engagement, and fostering industry collaboration continues to guide his leadership approach.
Sarah Hill
Vice President
Sarah is an Account Manager for CBRE. She has over 20 years of property management experience in both the residential and commercial settings. She joined IFMA in November 2023 when she was with Wilgro Services, a Gold Sponsor of IFMA. Shortly after, Sarah joined the Sponsorship Committee where she soon took on a Board position role serving as Co-Chair for the Sponsorship Committee before becoming Vice President. Sarah has been instrumental in developing relationships with current and prospective sponsors. Sarah also contributed as a volunteer at the Chapter’s Annual Golf Outing.
Sarah graduated from West Chester University with a BA in Communication Studies. She is originally from the West Chester area and currently resides in Philadelphia with her husband and two cats.
Victoria Driver
Treasurer
Victoria Driver is a Sales Associate with the CBRE GWS Local FM team in New Jersey, where she has spent the past 2.5 years supporting clients through strategic facility management and operational solutions.
Prior to CBRE, Victoria managed a sales team at Vimeo, where she developed strong skills in data analysis, reporting, forecasting, and team leadership. Her experience using data to drive decision-making and improve performance aligns closely with the responsibilities of a Treasurer role. She is passionate about professional growth, collaboration, and contributing to the IFMA Philadelphia community.
George Courtnye
Past President
George Courtnye has been employed at Health Partners Plans since 1994 and has a BA in Business Management from Peirce College. He earned his FMP (Facility Management Professional) in 2020. George has been a member of IFMA since 2016 and has served in the Membership Committee in 2016, the Program Committee in 2017, and later became Co-Chair of Activities in 2018, Vice President in 2022; President in 2023 and currently the Immediate Past President.
Although George started his career in Facilities, over the years his path did take him in another direction, in 2013 George found his way back to Facilities as a Manager. In 2022, he became the Director of Facilities.
Bridget Schalki
Chapter Administrator
Bridget handles Marketing & Communications for the chapter by keeping members up to date with the weekly and quarterly newsletters, website postings and social media.
Bridget has been the daily point of contact for the Philadelphia Chapter’s Board, Committees and Members as well as IFMA National since 2005. She routinely attends committee meetings and Board meetings and also assists the committees with program planning, including the annual trade show and golf outing, and is the person who will greet you at the registration table at events.
