To join the Greater Philadelphia Chapter of IFMA, you must first join IFMA National by selecting a membership category and then adding a Chapter Membership from the Alphabetical list of Chapters (under “G” for “Greater”).
Please note membership for both National and Chapter is handled by the National office.

Networking
Chapter meetings and events provide an avenue to meet and share information with other facility managers. It’s a great way to share ideas, sources, and best practices or make contacts for the future. You can also connect with local professional product and service providers who can help with your business needs.
Communication
As a Chapter member you will receive weekly emails, quarterly newsletters, and program announcements for our events. You will have access to our website that provides networking and additional information and resources as well as access to IFMA National’s Member Directory.
Community
Through our annual Golf Outing, the Chapter has created scholarships for students in the Philadelphia region as well as support local students with scholarships so that they can attend IFMA World Workplace.
Education
Facility tours, educational programs, CFM and FMP training via IFMA National, round table discussions, an interactive website, informative articles and publications are all available to Chapter members.
Reduced Fees
Chapter members receive substantially reduced fees for events.
Leadership
The Chapter provides opportunities for members to develop their leadership skills as well as contribute in such areas as program planning, member recruitment, fundraising, and more.
